Outdoor meditation classes at Club C Event Centre

An event every week that begins at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, repeating until August 25th 2020
Have you ever wanted to “try” meditation but never really had an opportunity to?
Now is your chance!
Tranquil Waters Meditation is offering an outdoor meditation class for those who are new to meditation. This takes place in a safe and social distancing manner under a cool and shady canopy.
You are welcome to use a yoga mat but I encourage bringing a lawn chair just in case you are not comfortable lying or sitting on the ground.
Classes are about 45 minutes to an hour long.
There is a guided meditation component for relaxation , included with each class.
Learn the basics of meditation all the way up to advance techniques!
Each and every class’s objective is to help you to:

✨improve your sleep
✨learn something NEW
No two classes will be alike!
Whether you are new to meditation or just haven’t done it in a while, these safe and socially distanced classes are a great way to get back on track!

Classes will be held at 1311Egerter Road in Port Robinson at Club C Event Centre
Pre-registration is required. Cost is $10 per class or $35 for all four weeks.
Classes run every Tuesday in August (August 4, 11, 18, and 25/2020)
at 7 pm
I encourage you to arrive at least 15 minutes early to get settled in. There is ample parking available.. Please bring a water bottle and a pillow, a lawn chair and a yoga mat or anything that will help you be more comfortable. It’s best to dress in layers in case of warm or cooler weather.
